Album Info:Views from a recent train and hy-rail jaunt over DS104 "Land of Oz" between CP 2206 (Hutchinson KS) and La Junta, CO. This is the visual portion of the trip report sent out to mailing list. You gotta remember I didn't want to lug my Canon SLR and lenses all around the place, so this is a 3.1 megapixel camera - some shots great, some not so great. Oh well. THIS IS JUST ONE OF MANY PARTS TO APPEAR IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS FOR THIS EXCURSION. Use the "pull down box" next to Page Controls (right below this) and choose "list" for what I think is the best way to view the whole shebang!

Description:  We're going to diverge onto Main 1, the line to Raton Pass....straight ahead is Main 2, towards Pueblo. Of course, La Junta is still 4 miles ahead on BOTH tracks!
