Welcome to the RRPictureArchives.NET contributor site of Pat Flynn.
Hey kids-
Thanks for taking the time to investigate this, and take your time on your look around. I have absolutely no idea what I'll be posting in albums on here from time to time - but no doubt there will be a big glob of postings within a few days' time, and then nothing for weeks, maybe months. Those of you that have received my model railroad progress reports and railfan trip replays know this all too well.....
This is probably just a place to exhibit railroad stuff, model and prototype, until I eventually get a real WEB SITE up and running. I got the bug about doing that this week, but I can see it's a LOT more work than I care to undertake at this time...but it will eventually come along.
For the present time, these picture / album postings will have a minimum of text account of the size it's limited to. Therefore, to get the FULL story of what's posted, you'll have to be on my private email list, you know- the one that sends out those ungawdly long, trivial, chatty and borderline sedation-inducing stories about whatever I might want to share with y'all. I guess the pictures will stand on their own, but being able to print out the story, and then refer to the pictures thru this site as you read will make the experience a bit more enjoyable, and less time-consuming and byte-wasting than the alternatives short of a real web site.
Well, I've got this far...now watch how long it takes me to post something! No, there will be no prizes for the person that is first to catch a new album, or series of pictures. If you find yourself trying to be "first," then you have WAY TOO MUCH spare time!
Of course, I really don't want to see any of these posted items showing up on other web sites, chat rooms, forums, emails or anything like that UNLESS YOU CLEAR IT WITH ME FIRST. NO EXCEPTIONS, even if you are David P. Morgan! I don't want to get involved in a long, involved, costly and embarassing legal battle over train pictures, but you "breaka the rules, you gonna getta yo head broken..." As Don Imus says, "Don't make me come over there and stab you!" If any questions, email me at pdflynn@aol.com and I might respond favorably to your plan. Especially if it involves $$$ .
PDF, out!
